Proofency was built by VELIVE LLC to solve a fundamental mismatch in the modern hiring process. Companies are investing millions in AI tools, yet the return on that investment depends entirely on whether employees can actually use them well. Most hiring processes don't test this—they just ask about it.

We believe that a candidate's AI proficiency cannot be determined by self-reported CV skills or multiple-choice quizzes. The only way to know if someone can safely and effectively direct an AI assistant is to watch them do it in a real work simulation.

Our mission is to establish a defensible, auditable standard for AI readiness. We replace self-reported claims with observed work evidence and report residual score uncertainty rather than assuming it away.
